Every time I see fresh blueberries on the market, I pick few packs of them for making smoothie. As soon as I come home, I give them a good wash and freeze them immediately. Same with bananas, every time I see ripe bananas, I freeze them for using later. This way I can make smoothies in a matter of minutes.
