So no more worries, I have a waffle which doesn’t require those hard work. These are super easy, super simple waffles made without eggs. This Eggless waffles is made with wheat flour too, so it is pretty healthy as well.
About Eggless Waffles
Waffles are similar to pancakes, but instead of making in griddle pan, it is cooked in a waffle maker. The waffles are crispy on the exterior and fluffy inside.
The batter is so easy to make, all you need is to mix in a bowl. No electric beater required. Basic ingredients like flour, sugar, baking powder, milk and butter is used. I used half wheat flour and half plain flour, you can use whole wheat flour entirely.
The batter can be made before the waffle maker gets hot. So whip up this batch of waffle in no time. I served it with honey but you could easily have it with maple syrup, cream, fruits or even with a dusting of icing sugar. What could be a better way to start a day.
