CM Pinarayi Vijayan to inaugurate first phase of beach project

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the first phase of the Muzhappilangad-Dharmadam beach project on Sunday.

Tourism and Public Works Minister P.A. Mohamed Riyas will preside over the function at 10 a.m. at Muzhappilangad.

“The Muzhappilangad project, which raises the long stretch to international standards in a sustainable manner, will unlock the beach tourism potential of the entire Malabar region,” Mr. Riyas said.

The project, being funded by the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB), is executed by the Kerala Irrigation Infrastructure Development Corporation.
