Jan Suraaj Party founder Prashant Kishor on Tuesday expressed support for Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, criticising the Lok Sabha for not allowing him to speak during the motion of thanks on the President’s address.
Kishor said preventing the Leader of Opposition from speaking is “not good for democracy” and highlighted that any controversial statements could have been expunged rather than blocking the speech outright.
