The World Health Organization (WHO) has unveiled a new partner to support efforts to estimate the burden of foodborne diseases.

The Research Group for Risk Benefit at the DTU National Food Institute in Lyngby, Denmark, was named as a WHO Collaborating Centre for Risk and Benefits of Foods and Diets. It is the first time WHO has created a center with such a focus.
