Bunnie Xo met her now-husband, Jelly Roll, at one of his concerts in 2015, at Las Vegas’ Country Saloon. Later, when Jelly appeared on the comedy podcast, King and the Sting and the Wing Clips, he opened up about how even though he and Bunnie talked backstage, she was in a relationship at the time. After this, the couple decided to elope then and there and got married at a nearby courthouse. Recalling the time, he told the hosts of the King and the Sting and the Wing Clips podcast:
“We got married kind of randomly. It was Vegas, right? So it’s like 11 o’clock. They’re closing the joint down by Hard Rock [Cafe], and I’m like, ‘F— it. Let’s just go now.’ She’s like, ‘The courthouse is open for about 34 to 44 more minutes.’ I was like, ‘Let’s f—ing roll.’”
Bunnie Xo is a stepmom to Jelly Roll’s daughter from a previous relationship
After Bunnie and Jelly tied the knot in 2016, she became a stepmom to the country singer’s daughter from a previous relationship. It is worth noting that Jelly also has a son named Noah. Once, during an episode of the Dumb Blonde podcast, Bunnie had opened up about her relationship with her stepdaughter and Bailee’s biological mother, Felicia. Bunnie Xo and Jelly Roll walked their first red carpet together in 2022 at the 56th annual CMA Awards. The ceremony was held at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. The very next year, the pair attended the 2023 CMA Awards together, where Jelly Roll took home the New Artist of the Year award. He credited Bunnie during his acceptance speech, saying:
