Published:

U.S. Senate Democratic Whip Dick Durbin has reintroduced the Dietary Supplement Listing Act, legislation to require dietary supplement manufacturers to register their products with the FDA.

Consideration of the bill comes amidst a Salmonella outbreak traced to Live it Up brand Super Greens dietary supplement powder, which is sold online through outlets including Walmart.
