Reality star Khloé Kardashian is expanding her breakout protein popcorn brand with the launch of Khloud Protein Chips.

The flavored tortilla chips have 7 grams of protein per serving and will be made available exclusively at Target on April 8 in three flavors: sweet heat, nacho cheese and buffalo.

The launch is the brand’s first expansion since it introduced Protein Popcorn in April 2025. Khloud Protein Popcorn is among the fastest-growing popcorn brands in the U.S. and is now in nearly every major retailer and more than 29,000 households, according to the company.

The new launch also underscores Khloud’s future ambitions to become a functional snack brand with a larger portfolio of options.

“From the beginning, we’ve believed Khloud had the potential to grow beyond a single product,” said Jeff Rubenstein, CEO and co-founder of Khloud. “Protein Chips are a clear signal that we’re building a modern, cross-category snack brand for the next generation.”

Protein-forward snacks are growing three times faster than the broader snacking category, according to Khloud. The new offering also competes with launches from larger food companies including Pepsico’s Doritos Protein.

Boston Beer-owned Sun Cruiser is expanding into white tea for its ready-to-drink vodka cocktails.

Sun Cruiser, known for its noncarbonated vodka teas, wants to stand out as an innovator in the space as one of the first to bring white tea and vodka cocktails to market.

“Vodka iced teas continue to be a go-to for drinkers, but white tea is still largely unexplored within the RTD space,” Erica Taylor, senior brand director for Sun Cruiser, said in a statement. “White tea and fruit make for a super crushable flavor combo, and with fans already loving Sun Cruiser’s lineup of vodka iced teas and lemonades, this felt like the perfect time to build on that and offer something new.”

The beverages are available now in select markets including Ohio, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Delaware, New Jersey, Florida, and Rhode Island. The teas are available in variety packs including peach, passionfruit, berry hibiscus and blackberry.

Since its launch in 2024, Sun Cruiser has positioned itself has quickly become the fourth-largest RTD spirit offering with Boston Beer prioritizing innovation and consumer education to grow the brand further.

America’s protein obsession has officially infiltrated the condiment aisle with sauce maker The Marzetti Company introducing Protein Ranch.

The Protein Ranch is a “first to category innovation,” according to Marzetti, and offers consumers 3 to 4 grams of protein per serving. It also has fewer calories than Marzetti’s other ranch dressings and dips.

“Protein has become a key priority for consumers, with the majority now paying close attention to how much protein they eat, more so than any other nutritional element,” Tanya Berman, president of The Marzetti Company’s retail business, said in a statement. “For those who use Ranch on everything, now everything can have more protein.”

Marzetti Protein Ranch dressing will be available nationwide starting in spring. The new line includes a protein-packed ranch dressing bottle, plus a Protein Ranch veggie dip and snack packs.

Seven in 10 American consumers said they want more protein in their diets in 2025, according to the International Food Information Council’s Food & Health Survey, compared to 59% three years earlier. High protein diets are the most common diets for Americans for three straight years as of 2025.
