While Goan beauty, Sadhvi Sail, got the title of Femina Miss India World, the second runner-up, Dr Sree Advaita, also left a notable mark. In a world where people say no one remembers the runner-ups, Sree Advaita proved them wrong as the internet believes she should be the one to lift the crown.
Who is Dr Sree Advaita, the second runner-up of Femina Miss India World?
Sree Advaita hails from the Union Territory. She grew up in Jammu with South Indian roots. The 24-year-old is a medical practitioner. Apart from her interest in medicine, she is a Bharatnatyam dancer. She has lived across India and is familiar with the different cultures and with how the world can change within a few meters.Â
Sree Advaita has performed in 600 performances across Bharatnatyam and other genres. The gorgeousness has been extremely close to her maternal grandmother. Interestingly, Sree’s grandmother is the first literate woman in her village and was celebrated for her work and stepping out of the society’s box back in those days. Sree just followed her path and made a name for herself as a doctor, and now as a part of Miss India second runner-up.
Dr Sree Advaita was the junior scientist who created eco-friendly sanitary napkins
It is also worth noting that Dr Sree Advaita also got recognised as a junior scientist who went on to create an eco-friendly sanitary pad. She is known for leading the awareness campaigns across Tamil Nadu. Also, not many know that Sree suffered a spinal injury, but despite it, she was able to make a name for herself in all aspects of life. Her NGO, The Ananya Foundation, is also dedicated to women’s health and is a glimpse of her hard work.Â
The internet believes Sree Advaita should have worn the Femina Miss India World 2026 crown
In a post, where Sree Advaita was being bestowed upon the title of the second runner-up, fans flooded the comments section. One user wrote that Advaita should have been the winner, and wrote, “She should be crowned as FMI’26. No hate to the winner but she has that potential and background which MW likes most, who knows if she was crowned yesterday, then we’ll probably get another doctor who’ll bring back the crown for India after Dr. Manushi Chillar.” Another one commented, “Congratulations @advaita_001, You were born for this stage.” A third user penned, “You are always the people’s winner @advaita_001.”
Talking about what winning meant for Sree Advaita, during the pageant, she revealed that she knows the importance of service, as she comes from a medical background. She was quoted as saying:
“I come from a background of medicine and service, and I have seen how deeply impact depends on having a voice that is heard and trusted. This platform gives women the power to influence conversations, shape mindsets, and open doors to meaningful change. I have already begun my journey towards creating that change. Winning would allow me to amplify my voice to a much larger audience and turn intent into action. For me, the crown is not recognition. It is accountability, and I am ready to take on that responsibility and work towards collective progress.”

Sadhvi Sail is a young diva who hails from Goa. She is a graduate of UBC Economics and International Relations.
